The crew you call when the schedule can't slip.
Forest City Construction works alongside general contractors and developers across the region — framing, additions and full interior builds, run by people who answer the phone from the site. We show up when we said, with the crew we promised.
Who we are
A local crew, not a rotating cast
We're a family-run outfit that grew up on jobs in this city — the kind where the same faces come back for the next phase. Contractors keep calling us because the site stays clean, the framing is square, and nobody has to chase us for an answer.
Fully insured, WSIB cleared, and comfortable working inside your schedule and your safety plan.

Lola Zawacki
